   Roosevelt Alternative School, part of Mission Consolidated Independent School District, provides two programs for MCISD students. One is a Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP), a short term placement setting for students who have violated the Student Code of Conduct on their home campus. The program provides students with the core curriculum, TAKS preparation, character education and counseling. The Teen Parenting Assistance Program (TPAP) provides educational and social services to expectant students who choose to enroll in the program from their home campus. TPAP also provides transportation and day care assistance for parent students who remain on their home campus. Roosevelt serves two high schools, three junior high schools and thirteen elementary campuses.


 MISSION STATEMENT 

Roosevelt Alternative School serves as a short term educational placement for students  removed from the  home campus for serious violations of the Student Code of Conduct.

VISION STATEMENT 

Roosevelt Alternative School will provide and Educational setting that is safe, secure, disciplined and respectful for students and staff.
